logo-beneficiariesKeys to Inclusion is a training course being organized by Empowering Youth in Care and funded by Erasmus+.  Trainers from ‘Inclusive Solutions’ will be coming to Malta from the UK to train staff working at the Conservatorio Vincenzo Bugeja as well as others from organisations from Spain, Latvia and Romania, all who work with young people.

The aim of the training course is to equip staff with skills to address the needs of young people by helping staff to gain knowledge in facilitating Person-Centered Planning, as well as providing hands-on practice in utilizing graphic facilitation to collect information to develop positive future plans for the young people they work with.

This approach will help participants working with young people to help them be fully integrated and included within society, as per the EU Youth Strategy which states that “The social exclusion and poverty of young people and the transmission of such problems between generations should be prevented and mutual solidarity between society and young people strengthened”.
