The residents at the Homes were invited to participate in several activities during the Christmas holidays. Some activities were organised by the Homes, while others were organised by other organisations.
Among the activities were a party organised by FSWS for all the young people who are in care. The knights also organised a party for which the younger residents were invited to join. Furthermore, most of the residents spent a wonderful day organised by the White Taxi Association, where they were given a tablet as a gift – needless to say, all who received the gift were ecstatic!
The activities organised by the Home included lunch at Pizza Hut, abseiling, a treasure hunt, and a hike in Gozo. The residents who were at the Homes on Christmas day and New Year’s Day were taken for lunch. Christmas lunch was kindly sponsored by Mr. H. Chetcuti.
